Contact Us ...

There are several ways to contact us whether you want more information, or if you wish to make a booking.

If you want to make a booking  for a single event, then you will need to fill out our booking form, and also download and read out conditions of hire, these are available from the Forms / Downloads menu at the top of the page.

To make a single booking..

  • Contact the booking secretary to confirm availability for your event. – bookings@tilstonvillagehall.co.uk / 01829 250471
  • Download the Booking Form from the Forms / Downloads menu at the top of the page.
  • Fill in the details of your event, include any setup and clear up time that you require. ( if there is anything you are unclear on, please call or email us ) 
  • Send your form by post or scan and email it to bookings@tilstonvillagehall.co.uk
  • Make your payment as instructed – payments is required in advance

To make a regular booking..

  • Contact the booking secretary to confirm availability and to confirm pricing – bookings@tilstonvillagehall.co.uk / 01829 250471
  • You will be emailed a regular bookings form where you can indicate the required dates.
  • Send your form by post or scan and email it to bookings@tilstonvillagehall.co.uk
  • Make your payment as instructed – payments is required monthly

To make a change to your booking (including cancellations)..

  • The named hirer should contact the booking secretary as soon as possible – bookings@tilstonvillagehall.co.uk / 01829 250471
  • If you are cancelling your booking, details of the cancellation policy are in the terms of hire document you downloaded when you booked.
  • Any refund applicable will be actioned as soon as practicable, usually within 7 days to the originating account.
